INCIDENT COMMAND
The North Florida Search Team (NFLST) Incident Command Unit is a versatile and essential asset in responding to a wide range of incidents across the state of Florida. Our primary role is to support NFLST in managing and coordinating responses to incidents of various scales, while ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency. The Incident Command Unit specializes in tracking resources, developing strategic game plans for incident management, and coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies involved in the response efforts.

Our team is composed of highly trained professionals who are adept at seamlessly integrating with other agencies to provide comprehensive support during emergencies. We work collaboratively with local, state, and federal partners to ensure that response efforts are coordinated, streamlined, and effective. By establishing clear communication channels and coordinating resources, we ensure that all responding agencies are aligned in their objectives and actions, ultimately enhancing the overall response to incidents.
