WHAT WE DO

At North Florida Search Team, we are organized into three key divisions, each playing a vital role in ensuring the success of our operations. The Operations Division is responsible for all fieldwork and mission-related activities. This division ensures that our team is effectively deployed and equipped to handle current missions and activations, providing essential support in the field during critical operations. The Logistics Division plays a crucial role behind the scenes, coordinating directly with the agencies that request our assistance. They are also responsible for managing and tracking the activities of NFLST members during an incident, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Support Division focuses on the organization’s fundraising and event coordination. This division is dedicated to ensuring that NFLST has the resources and community engagement necessary to continue its mission, running various initiatives that sustain and grow the organization. Each division is integral to our ability to serve the community effectively, working together to ensure that we are always ready to respond when needed.
